Long-term immersion in water is easy to cause hydrolysis and cracking of cardboard.
The acrylic plate has good processing performance. It can be reworked by thermoforming and machining. In addition, its wear resistance is very strong, almost close to aluminum. It can also resist the corrosion of various chemicals. The toughness and hardness of acrylic plate is much better than that of blister plate.

At the same time, the design body should not be too long or too large, otherwise it is easy to deform. Do not smoke in the kitchen. The temperature of the cigarette butts will burn the film on the surface of the plate. Select the structure of the molded plate: the thickness of the film cover. A good molding plate has a thick film cover, which has certain requirements for the processing technology. The substrate is sculpted into a three-dimensional shape. The thin film cover is easy to cover completely, and the thick film cover is difficult to form. However, the thick film cover is more wear-resistant, and the possibility of thermal expansion and cold contraction of the molded plate as a whole cabinet is relatively small.
