Because our plates must be baked and compressed at high temperatures; otherwise they are easy to scratch during the production process and fade after a period of use.
3. There are also outdoor photography lights: Generally, the number of plastic light boxes is small and it is difficult to match. Choose this method, but you must use outdoor lights.

First, make the mold. The thickness of the light box is only within 3cm. The production of mold only need to polish the bottom of the male and female mold can be demoulded. Larger shapes are easier to demold.
2. Selection of materials. There are many kinds of plastic that make light boxes now. ABS, PC, PMMA, Nott blister light boxes have come to the conclusion that the use of PMMA material is the best material for light boxes. Other plastics such as ABS and PC are relatively cheap, but the effect is not as bright as PMMA, so recommend everyone uses PMMA to make light boxes.
3. The thickness of profiles and aluminum profiles is the key. The thickness of the general profile shall be 1.2mm. The larger the light box, the need for angle iron to support.
